The Chocolate Cake Encounter
Excitement and giddy joy will return as extreme expectation is being restored to hearts!
In this season I have been actively asking God to awaken my spiritual senses and to double the prophetic anointing in our community. Often when Im in a season like this I start to have encounters that are different. In prophetic circles they call this thresholds. The feeling of “crossing over” into a new season and new things happening.
The other night, I woke up to the smell of chocolate cake in the oven. It was vivid and real and not a dream and it was 3 am and no one was in my kitchen! The whole house filled with the glorious smell of chocolate cooking to perfection.
I asked the Lord what was He saying, and He reminded me of the excitement I had as a child when my mum would make our Birthday cakes and the extreme joy of your birthday as a child. The feeling was of sheer delight and giddy joy!
I heard the Lord say – Get the party ready! The church is coming into her greatest hour. Don’t be afraid of the intimidation of the evil one in the earth right now. Instead focus all your attention on the feast I am laying out in the Spirit for My people. Now is the time to believe in the fulfillment of prophetic promises.
Soon you will be celebrating as in the Year of Jubilee. I hear the Father saying to the church: “What is conceived in you is from the Holy Spirit (Matthew 1:20) and you will bring forth His promises. Begin to proactively prepare for a party!
Sons and Daughters know that I am faithful. I will do all I said.. and more! You will not be disappointed. You will not be grieved because I am moving in the nations and the mockers of My Kingdom will be shocked when they see the power of God on the move.They will fall to their knees and say “surely God is here and we were wrong!”
Position your heart to have all foreboding, disappointment and grief washed away. He who began a good work in you will complete it and will rain His love down over the nations. God is breaking off the disappointment from delayed answers and promises.
He has tested hearts to expose things, in order to heal the broken places. He is cheering us on to the greater seasons we are headed for.
Be sure that He will restore your hearts to fullness of joy and hope and excitement in the King and His Kingdom. Get ready for giddy joy and sheer bliss.
Look at Psalm 40:
“Many will see his miracles;
they’ll stand in awe of God and fall in love with him!
Blessing after blessing comes to those who love and trust the Lord.
They will not fall away,
for they refuse to listen to the lies of the proud.
O Lord, our God, no one can compare with you.
Such wonderful works and miracles are all found with you!
And you think of us all the time
with your countless expressions of love—
far exceeding our expectations!” Ps 40 TPT

Let’s be honest – the enemy loves it when the saints of God lose the plot with a loss of love in their hearts for God. This is his greatest strategy to derail you. Beloved, it’s all downhill after that! Now is a good time to stay with our eyes fixed on the prize -whose name is Jesus! He is our reward. The winds of change are upon us, and we need to check our foundations, windows and doors are secure and ready for the current conditions, and the storms that are yet to come!
Here are ten ways to stay burning hot for God:
1.Relaying Covenantal Foundations with Jesus
It’s a season of trusting the Lord with all that is within us. Everything has been shaken or is going to being shaken, so it’s time to look at the need for solid foundations and submitting to the Lordship of Christ. Many are having to relay their first love foundations as they did not build the deeper more solid foundations in the last seasons that are holding them up in this season.
Our foundations are built on the truth of the Word of God and our covenantal love with Him through intimate connection to the Holy Spirit. Hot fiery love looks like enduring through the fires of radical social shifts and changes.
If we burn for Him, we won’t burn out.
All our offences must be dealt with. True spiritual foundations are based on a radical love that will obey God, regardless of the season. Ask God to help you and decide that nothing can be allowed to rob your passion and your fire for God. It’s time for a new first love anointing.
2.Overcoming in Love tests and Spiritual Battles
The fruit inspector is the Holy Spirit – He comes to check the fruit. In John 15 he describes Himself as the Vinedresser. He comes to inspect our fruit and to see the quality of the fruit. Each of the fruits require inspection: our love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, perseverance, and self-control.
There are two key areas that are inspected: one is our love tests with the people in our lives who drive us crazy! The second area is the battle with the demonic spirit that is attacking you the most. Many mix these two up, but they are two separate battles!
Because the battle intensified during the Covid season, we must be so much more aware to stay out of offence. Offence is first a choice in the mind, then it can become your personality and lastly it attracts a demonic spirit.
It is rampant in this season and will destroy your first love anointing. Listen “an offendable Bride” are two words that never go together! Remember: it is so hard to stay offended when we choose humility. Ask the Holy Spirit: “What areas of offence am I still carrying?” Sign me up Lord for a radical covenantal love that is completely non-offendable!
3.Going Through the Gates and Thresholds God has for you in this Season
Isaiah 62: 10
Pass through, pass through the gates!
Prepare the way for the people.
Build-up, build up the highway!
Remove the stones.
Raise a banner for the nations
The gates speak of our heart and or spiritual thresholds that we pass through to mature.
As you are passing through a threshold or gate, all hell might come at you. There are many spirits of false accusation that are at work to destroy God’s children.
It’s vital we do not get our eyes off the prophetic promises of God, regardless of the circumstances!
Beloved, it’s time to pass through the gates and stay on course. Don’t get distracted or defeated but stay with the upgrades He has for you. A good question is always asking the Lord: “Am I maturing through overcoming in this season?”
4.Invest into the prayer movement – The House of Prayer
My house shall be a House of Prayer
In the past Covid season there has been such a call to start or continue the great work of the House of Prayer. Ultimately, 24/7 prayer is the only way the Bride is going to prepare for what is coming. Further to that, holy midwives who are birthing this new move of God are on fire as they travail and birth His promises for the Body of Christ. Being with them can change you for ever – impartation from heaven is caught not taught.
I feel the Lord shouting this one.
You cannot afford to not be committed to weekly prayer meetings anymore. Get with the prayer warriors. Further to that no believer can truly be on fire without being attached, grafted in and submitted to local church. This is a biblical mandate and not one we can ignore.
Radical prayer and worship is the oil that will sustain this hour. First love is cultivated in the hot soil of the prophetic community and in the fire of sustained prayer and worship! Ask God: “How can I partner with the prayer movement world-wide and the local church?”
5.Receive Fresh Intel from Heaven – Not from the World
There is a divine intelligence in this hour to be downloaded from heaven. Be careful what you are listening to, as information is a key factor in staying on course. We must keep our eyes on the Lord and stay focussed on hearing His voice without the bias of news, ideas and or opinions of others. You need the heavenly news. Remember Isaiah 55- “My ways are not your ways. My thoughts are not your thoughts”.
Listen -even other peoples’ prophetic is not going to sustain you in the hour of fire. You must get your own oil in the prayer furnace alone with Jesus. As you do you will fulfill one of the greatest verses in the Bible… Jeremiah 33:3- “Call to me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things which you do not know!” Ask the Lord: “Am I hearing all that you have to say to ME in this hour?”
6.Overcome the Spirit of Fear and The Spirit of Intimidation manifesting as either Conspiracies, Accusations or Lies
In righteousness you will be established: tyranny will be far from you.
you will have nothing to fear. Isaiah 54:14
There are many lying spirits and confusing narratives at play. Recognise the fruits. There is a unique mental health assignment right now for those who drink the cool aid of conspiracies, accusations and lies. Some of them may have a teeny-weeny bit of truth. Even still, don’t focus on them – look past them to the greater battle.
Turn your eyes on Jesus not the fear. Ask the Father to show you where fear is hiding in your life. Intimidation is shouting taunts and threats, but we must ignore that. “Lord teach me to keep the door shut to these spirits. Rise up and stay firm in the Holy Spirit.” The fruit is always courage and peace, and an increase of His incredible presence.
7.Sit under the Spirit of Wisdom and Of Revelation
For those who are hungry there is much bread. So many times, in 2021, I awoke to the smell of fresh bread and no we do not live near a bakery. I believe there is so much fresh revelation that is truly satisfying to the lover of God. Don’t be distracted. A big one right now for most people is learning when to be silent and when to speak. Don’t mix that one up.
Let your eyes be filled with a fresh understanding that the Lord of the Harvest has a fresh revelation for you in this hour. Eat the bread of revelation beloved. Get it for yourself not from a book or website. Press in for the fresh bread of heaven.
Let’s pray from Ephesians over each other: “That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints!”
8.Get Healed from past Wounds, Traumas, Shocks and Betrayals
God is highlighting in our lives, all kinds of things so we can fly higher. Soul ties, co-dependency and trauma in particular are being targeted by God so that we can get free!
Remember the verse in Mark 7.23 “out of the heart comes defilement”. It’s not the world only that defiles us, it is our own unclean areas that can defile.
Therefore, we have a Godly responsibility to clean it all up. Ask God: “What areas of defilement are you highlighting for me to repent of, turn from and get cleansed from in this season.”
9.Pick up your Assignments
There are new prayer assignments in this season – new ministry assignments too but of course the main ministry focus is to help your family/neighbour get on fire for God and do all that He tells you to. “Father, what assignments do I need to complete in this season?”
10. Prepare Yourself for the Greatest of Days Ahead
Matthew 24 – “You will hear of wars nearby and revolutions on every side, with more rumours of wars to come. Don’t panic or give in to your fears, for the breaking apart of the world’s systems is destined to happen. But it won’t yet be the end; it will still be unfolding.”
Beloved it’s a season to sign on for not only a lifestyle of surrender, but a true Biblical understanding of sustainable revival as the glory increases for you personally! This must be our goal.
JOHN 17 GLORY IS COMING AND WILL INCREASE AS THE BRIDE SAYS YES TO THE BRIDEGROOM
Finally. If you are a frontline worker for the Kingdom of God, you must remember that in this season of extreme sowing there WILL BE A REWARD!
The Harvest is Coming, and your labour is not in vain. Get ready!

Lovers of the Cross
Good Friday – 2022/ Maria Mason
Today is Good Friday and we stop to celebrate the cross of Jesus, but it seems as though the cost of the gospel has increased. Many attribute this to the sway of “cultural relevance”. Regardless of the reason, so many have come to even despise the cross in our post Christian era.
Many have become what Paul described as “enemies of the cross of Christ” (Philippians 3:18), who prefer the culture of the world, to the way of the Lord. Have you seen this tendency in your own heart? Perhaps you have heard your heart mutter the words: “I’m over it!” In doing so, we can sometimes let go of the cross.
The fruit is discernible: an independence away from building the Father’s family, a pride that draws us away from a lifestyle of prayer and the need to invent our own plans because God’s ways seem difficult.
I believe our Father is saying: “I am looking for the burning hearts who will stand like Mary at the foot of cross, who can look past the shame of its nakedness, it’s uncomfortableness and see beyond, to the joy and the glory of resurrection.”
Beloved, we must realise the cross held high is our greatest icon and the power of the gospel. It is the story of covenantal love. The story of hope. The story of redemption. The gospel story – that we were sinners who needed a saviour.
I hear the Father saying today: “Do not despise the very thing that I have chosen to open the heavens. My cross made a way. Therefore, speak of it in the highest of honour. Do not despise it and do not blame the cross or the cost. I have created a way through the gates, for us to be connected. Many reject My love. My hands that were pierced, and My feet, that were crushed under the weight of My body broken. They reject My love and instead blame Me and My people for the cross.”
In this season, there has been an increase of evil against those who hold high the cross. This outpouring of evil is not a rejection of the people of God as much as it is of Christ Himself.
“All the calamities, rejections and distractions are just stirring up noise and will come to nothing- I am establishing my army – an army of lovers of the cross” says the Lord.
As you hold holy hands across the earth today beloved, let us indeed celebrate the cross and uphold and honour the cost of the blood that was shed and let us proclaim His death and resurrection in this hour.
Father: We renounce all tendencies of the flesh and soul to despise the cross. We repent in any way of being enemies of the cross. We humble our hearts to receive the fullness of love displayed in the sacrifice of Christ on the cross, and we deeply acknowledge Your way of love. We choose the way of the cross and we choose the cruciform. To be made like Him in this world.
Although we may been seen as fools sometimes, yet we are of the greatest company that ever there was -the saints of God. Seen as irrelevant, and yet being those who are the relevant ones. The gospel carriers. The Holy Cross bearers. Lovers of Christ Jesus and His cross. Amen and Happy Easter to All.

There is a shift right now as we come to the end of 2021. The shaking of this year is done, and after the storms. However, I feel the Lord warning the church that the Religious Spirit is on the prowl and has one major agenda – to stop the saints to recognise His voice and the unique factors of our season in preparation of the move that is coming.
Satan seeks to blind everyone in the church through various means. One of the keyways is through the religious spirit.
This Spirit has a primary agenda: to keep people from engaging with the true spirit of prophecy.
Spiritual sight and vision are the by-products of the Spirit of prophecy, but it is fuelled by “clean hands and a pure heart” – In other words staying free from things that are not our battle and keeping our hearts in step with the Lord.
Right now, the prayer movement and worship movement have paved a way and God is releasing unusual discernment in the Spirit, for the new year of 2022. The Spirit of Revelation knowledge is upon us, and the Lord is visiting with new and clear sight of the days that are coming! However, the church’s confrontation with the religious spirit will be one of the epic battles of the last days.
The conflict between Jesus and the Pharisees is a type of the struggle between the prophetic church and the religious spirit.
Satan entices the church into an outward religious performance where the focus is upon religious activity. The focus of religious activity is upon overcoming the presence of evil in our lives through trying very hard to be good to be accepted by God. The religious spirit substitutes religious activity for the power of the Holy Spirit.
People affected by the religious spirit are feeding from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil instead of the tree of life. They focus upon evil in others and their own good works in themselves. They flatter themselves into believing that they have overcome evil by doing so much good.
It’s when we are at our most passionate stage as a disciple, that we can become very susceptible to this Spirit.
When we are the most eager to please God, we are more susceptible to falling into the snare of the religious spirit. Satan cannot stop the zeal of devout religious people, so he seeks to push them too far into religious excess and fanaticism about their faith. He constantly tempts deeply religious people to become proud of their religious zeal and fervour.
Jesus warned against the “leaven of the Pharisees,” (Matthew 16:6) which is pride. This leaven inflates bread, but it doesn’t add any nutritional value to the bread. It puffs us up by filling us with a sense of pride in our own spirituality and religious attainments like scripture memorisation, Bible knowledge, good works, zeal for God and evangelism.
Someone operating under a religious spirit will proudly assume that they know God and what he wants from us. They become unteachable and impervious to correction. They will think that rebukes and words of correction are for other people but not for them. They are pleasing God, but others are not. This is exactly what the Pharisees did!
The Pharisees focused upon what was wrong with others whilst being blind to their own faults.
They had become harsh, judgmental, unmerciful and without compassion. Religious people are always full of their own self-righteousness. They are quick to draw attention to their own good deeds and abilities and don’t see how they are inflating their own pride through feeling better about how they do things or see things.
A person can have ‘religious flesh’ without having a demon of religion.
A ‘religious spirit’ doesn’t always imply the presence of a demon. It can mean a religious disposition or orientation. However, a person with religious flesh is a prime candidate for receiving a demon of religion.
These religious spirits entice believers into an extreme caricature of their own brand of Christianity that is quirky and offensive to those outside of their own stream. These spirits deliberately foster a sense of elitism and superiority that exalts itself over others outside of their movement. Religious spirits cause church members to keep at arm’s length from other churches. It is possible to tap into the wrong spirit. Paul talked about receiving “a different spirit from the one you received.” (2 Cor. 11:4)
People living under the dominion of a religious spirit have tapped into a false spirit masquerading as the Holy Spirit.
They are living out of a religious spirit that is energising them in their religious activities, instead of living out of the Holy Spirit as a source. The religious spirit seeks to replace the Holy Spirit as the source of spiritual life.
Characteristics of a person with a religious spirit.
1. Performance based approval through religious activity and service.
2. Delighting in self-abasement. (Colossians 2:18)
3. Fault-finding, tearing others down, seeing what is always wrong, trying to fix others, perfectionism
4. Feeling better about ourselves after we have done something good or spiritual
5. Pride in spiritual discipline and good works
6. Looking cool and always coming off as the good or nice guy
7. Comparing ourselves with others
8. Spiritual manifestations to be seen by men
How do we overcome the religious spirit?
1. Develop a secret life before the Lord.
2. Put to death the need for approval and recognition by men.
3. Intercede when you see a problem instead of criticising.
4. Get a revelation of the finished work of Christ and learn to live from His righteousness not your own!
5. Value, uphold and put your treasure on the word of the Lord to your own heart.
6. Uphold love as the ultimate triumph of the grace of Jesus!
7. Value others. Submit to others. Listen and stay humble in your heart. Learn from Jesus.
Prayer for Freedom
We are all Pharisees being healed! Father we pray you continue to show us our vulnerability to this Spirit. Show us Your heart and how free from this You are! We want to be free in the Spirit of Jesus. Deliver us from any false prophetic spirits and false notions of the prophetic gift. Father I pray you convict us of religious behaviours. Needing to be seen of man. Gaining approval from doing things instead of trusting you and building identity in Jesus. Lord I rest in you and your righteousness. I hide in your love and your purity, and I submit to your Holy Spirit. Amen.

When our family was very little, we noticed that one of our boys had a strong prophetic gifting. We were very amazed at how he would speak out and have endless words of knowledge in general life, without really trying or knowing a thing about a circumstance. I recall the time he came into the bathroom, as I was cleaning the bath, and announced for me to ring my friend Michele. I got up and did so, and found out she was in great pain, needing some comfort on a difficult day!
Another time, we were in church, and our son rose up in the middle of a meeting and prophesied. He was four years old at the time. The church had had so many words about prayer and seeking God and to be honest they ignored them all. One of the pastors was giving a message to the leaders which we had been invited to. The pastor was saying how sometimes God just speaks in a soft voice and you can hardly hear it. Suddenly out of nowhere, our little boy stood up, after having been lying on the floor listening to this and yelled out “and sometimes He shouts!”Needless to say, that was the end of that.
Indeed, sometimes God shouts at His Bride.
It’s a bit like that in marriage, right? You can have an argument but until you really listen you won’t hear. Someone can be shouting at you, but you can’t hear it because your heart is not listening.
In community, we can develop a listening culture around the prophetic. When God speaks through one prophet, it is super important we take notice. Sometimes prophetic words can clash and so we need to defer to one another in a spirit of humility. Or perhaps everyone has a part of the word, but it’s a case of discerning the overall anatomy of the word. An immature prophet will think this is a paradox that cannot be understood, but God is able to give grace to hear all that He is saying through different sources, whilst still holding it in check with wisdom and intelligence.
The word communicate, is the Greek word koinonikos, which comes from the word koinonia, the word for fellowship. This reveals to us the similarity between coming together and listening! Community is a listening place, where we tune our hearts and lives to the voice of God. The greatest gift we give ourselves is the time to stop and tune in – to listen and to observe. It’s in these times we will hear both the whispers of God or perhaps we might hear His shouts too! One thing is for sure, we won’t miss God if we are keen to learn. It takes effort for true prophetic community to develop.

We are living in an era where the darkness is increasing in our post-modern and post truth world, but at the same time, the light is getting brighter on the earth! We are also living in an era where love and miracles are probably the only way the world will see His glory on the church!
I’m releasing this word because of a series of encounters I’ve had in 2020 where I feel that God has given me a fresh glimpse of the power and enormous strength that love has to change nations. Love is not just a feeling, but instead a truly powerful force to change the very atmosphere of culture. This word might seem somewhat naïve or simple. It is.
Welcome to the simplicity of the gospel! The power of the gospel is the power to change nations with love being the very source of that power.
LOVE IS THE ESSENCE OF WHO GOD IS AND IS THE PLATFORM UPON WHICH ALL OTHER PLATFORMS ARE BUILT AND ESTABLISHED.
As believers, we cannot force change upon our society. We can’t change culture by forcing God’s ways on anyone. Furthermore, we cannot legislate righteousness because righteousness is a by-product of becoming a new creation. Instead, if we want to change society, we must first win hearts by practicing and leading with His love. Further to that, we must build up the community of love on the earth – His church. This is the blueprint of heaven – light invading culture with love!
The problem of course, is that through history, the church has often resorted to desperate measures to change culture. Every time the church does this, it is a departure from the authority, that practicing love can bring. Fear is the opposite of love and causes us to become controlling and deeply untrusting of the Lord’s ability to reign. As a result, the church crosses the line and begins to try to legislate how others feel or think.
When the church tries to dictate righteousness through the flesh, it fails at recognising that the Kingdom is in the realm of the Spirit; not the natural.
HERE’S THE THING – WE CANNOT FIGHT THE FLESH WITH THE FLESH!
We can’t fight the ways of the world with our ability to be anything- not even being smart, clever or wise! Jesus Himself said “If My Kingdom was of this world my servants would fight!” (John 18:36)
In our current cultural climate, the polarization of the various views and ideas has divided the world and even now has brought great pain into the church as the worldwide church has taken this hit by falling in with the enemy’s plan. The fruit is division.
This division is being fuelled by a rampant political spirit that seeks us to turn on our brothers!
What a plan! The enemy knows exactly what he is doing. He has crafted the political spirit to work for his purposes and Christians are so susceptible to coming under this spirit because of the temptation to strive, to do “God’s work.”
BEWARE OF THE LEAVEN OF HEROD
Jesus warned us of many things in the New Testament, and one of the most important warnings was to: “Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and the leaven of Herod.” (Mark 8:15)
The leaven of the Pharisees is obviously the subtle influence of the religious spirit. The leaven of Herod is widely understood to be the subtle influence of the political spirit.
The political spirit, by definition, is a deceptive spirit that operates subtly through the machinery of worldly politics and creeps into the church masked under the seemingly noble ideologies of patriotism and governmental administration. If we are called to leadership, we have to be clean of the subtle influence of this spirit. It is possible to be free from it, because Jesus was. He managed to speak to the political system without getting in any way robbed of His peace and especially of His love.
This spirit has several fruits and the main one being that it polarizes and causes extreme division.
Of course, it is simply not the Lord’s agenda to rule in such a manner. As leaders and prophets in the Body, we are called to stay away from this temptation and instead live with our heart’s motivation being to bring unity, peace and love. Remember Paul warned against division in 1 Corinthians 12:25; “that there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another.”
One of the main aims of the political spirit, is to shift us away from God towards the power of man alone to transform society. It is therefore a form of idolatry when we yield to it. This spirit is more than a mindset or attitude it is a spiritual power.
The political spirit is a principality that seeks to overtly draw believers into battles we were not created for!
We need to recognise the difference between participating in government and participating in partisan politics. The church is unquestionably mandated to engage government but never to come under the political spirit.
God says stand and watch Him fight. Does that automatically mean that we don’t fight at all? Not at all. There are times when we are meant to be activists but there are times when we are called to be prayer warriors who trust God to do what only He can do. And if our activism leads us to hate or disrespect, then it’s time to lay it down!
Lastly, this spirit will cause us to compromise our love for God and for others by dividing and separating from others in a highly judging, critical manner. All of us have yielded to it, when we were enticed to “point the finger” at others for thinking differently to us.
MOVE IN THE OPPOSITE SPIRIT
As believers, we must be 100% free of the political mindset. We are not called to fight flesh and blood but principalities and powers through moving in the opposite spirit – working towards unity and oneness in the Body and even with the world where we can!
Let God be God and let Him convict the world of unrighteousness. The church is at risk right now of losing her platform if we do not do the hard yards of being lovers of humanity!
When the political spirit intensifies over a nation, it leads to hate, racial divides and even to think in a superior or a vindictive manner. It is not from God (need that be said?), but instead it is a spirit designed to destroy the work of God and His good name.
This spirit is so dangerous, it actually breaks down Kingdom advances and causes damage to His name. It undoes the reputation of the church and the ability to rise in a manner worthy of our calling. I personally think that 2020 is one of those seasons where the battle is so in the Spirit that if you try to fight in the flesh you end up in the flesh! You’ve seen it on the social media platforms – which causes Christians to act in a way that is destructive to their character! What a departure from love!
The current political atmosphere is charged by this political spirit that has enticed and even seduced many to engage in its ultimate plan; to cultivate a culture of disdain towards others.
Right now, we have to rise above it, so we don’t come under it!
COME UP HIGHER BELOVED
When Jesus says to: “Come up here” in the book of Revelation (4:1), He wasn’t kidding.
He calls us to live from the heights of His love in the Heavens – a place where there is no division, judgement or death – a place where you have unfiltered and unhindered fellowship with God and totally unity with all believers!
For the church to shine in this hour we must stay soft – not harden our hearts to others because of fear!
To say that love is the answer, might seem so basic! But if we can grasp this, then we can love our way through all kinds of evil and even chaos, and still come through looking like Jesus to the world. Think of the love that so many demonstrated in the midst of the Nazi regime. Powerful love and forgiveness was demonstrated and revealed through the kindness of many, and love won time and again.
God works in the midst of the chaos and the darkness. If you try to eradicate the darkness, you’re missing the point. Only light and love can conquer it! If we try to fight all the different things that are becoming mainstream ideas, we will end up fried (burnt out). Many believers give it a go, but often find themselves losing their fire, by fighting the wrong battles.
I FEEL THE LORD WARNING THE CHURCH RIGHT NOW – TO COME OUT FROM UNDER THE POLITICAL SPIRIT AS IT IS CAUSING DIVISION AND HATE.
INSTEAD COME UNDER THE HOLY SPIRIT AND BE AN EXPRESSION OF THE LOVE OF GOD IN THE WORLD RIGHT NOW!
The political spirit is at enmity with the Spirit of prophecy because it is driven by earthly political agendas and these agendas exalt man and political culture rather than Christ and His Kingdom culture.
The prophetic community needs to recover her royal assignment of speaking from heaven into the chaos, corruption and confusion of living in a post-truth world by calling us to live in a manner that looks like Christ! According to the scriptures, that is not too much to ask!
Our prophetic mandate is to speak truth to power and model love to the world. Jesus made our assignment clear.
Unfortunately, there are so many lies being used to keep us all hooked on “information” that keeps us moving away from the heart of God, and intrigued by the information at hand. As if that wasn’t bad enough, we now must discern the use of deliberate disinformation. This is one of the most powerful tools of the political spirit to hook you into a battle that keeps you pre-occupied and not sure what to believe.
How can you tell if what you are believing is good or bad? First, examine the fruit! Second, give it time to become manifest. Fruit has a way of revealing itself. Look at what is motivating certain political views and ask the right questions.
One thing is for sure – Jesus said you will ultimately know them according to their fruit.
We know fruit to be Christlike character of love, peace, patience, kindness etc. and looking like Christ (Matthew 7:15). In this verse, Jesus was speaking directly to the prophets. I believe this word of examining the fruit in leaders, prophets and communities is the plumbline of 2020.
HAVE YOU PASSED YOUR LOVE TESTS?
HAVE YOU LET GOD TAKE YOU UP AND BEYOND THE RHETORIC OF A THOUSAND VOICES AND THE THOUSAND LOUD TRUMPETS THAT SEEM TO BE BLASTING?
Recently it feels like we have literally been in the book of Revelation. Check this verse:
“And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.” (Revelation 16:13)
There are a lot of false narratives around and the Father wants us to live well above them all. It’s time for a fresh discernment to see how these unclean spirits are hiding.
He is releasing fresh eyes to see and fresh discernment. Don’t be taken captive by political agendas that take you down a road of power, fame and the exaltation of man. Listen, God can fix society… but if we fail our love tests, we won’t have a platform to speak.
At stake in all this, is the prophetic witness of the church in the 21st century!
Imagine if the church recovered her royal assignment of speaking truth to power by raising her voice in the marketplace and calling politicians on their use of disinformation and lack of love? This verse speaks straight to it:
“Tell them all this, but do not expect them to listen. Shout out your warnings, but do not expect them to respond. Say to them, “This is the nation whose people will not obey the Lord their God and who refuse to be taught. Truth has vanished from among them; it is no longer heard on their lips!” (Jeremiah 7:27,28 NLT)
The church is meant to be speaking to the false; not being absorbed by hate, rudeness and disrespect. He will deal with that which is false and the liars who have not been led by the Spirit but by their own power.
Further to that, government leaders are called to uphold righteousness, justice and truth and even love! Biblically, the corrupt politicians were frequently the target of fiery prophets in the Old Testament. Second in line were the ‘prophets’ and ‘preachers’ who were in bed with the politicians:
“Your politicians are like wolves prowling and killing and rapaciously taking whatever they want. Your preachers cover up for the politicians by pretending to have received visions and special revelations. They say, “This is what God, the Master, says” when God hasn’t said so much as one word. Extortion is rife, robbery is epidemic, the poor and needy are abused, outsiders are kicked around at will, with no access to justice. “I looked for someone to stand up for Me against all this, to repair the defences of the city, to take a stand for Me and stand in the gap to protect this land so I wouldn’t have to destroy it. I couldn’t find anyone. Not one.” (Ezekiel 22:27-30 MSG)
As a prophetic movement in an age of chaos, it is time to put some distance between our voice and the voice of earthly political power.
Dear prophets – be wary of the seduction of political power that is offered you in this day. It is time to interrupt the silence and to speak truth to power with one clear prophetic voice – a voice that calls us to love without reservation.
So many of the prophets have currently been hijacked by this political spirit and find themselves fighting a political battle.
The biblical mandate is for prophets to call us to live from the heart so love can increase. Remember the admonition to care for one another! Is your heart broken for the poor, the nations and all the many ethnicities and races?
Have you passed your love tests in 2020 -the year of the reset? If so, you’ll know it and if not, grace is available to upgrade your love levels right now.
STAY CLEAN AS A PROPHETIC PEOPLE
For us as a prophetic company, we must be continually upgrading our love and our confidence in His Lordship and authority way more than any earthly nation or authority. If you have placed man in the place where only God is meant to be, then you need to get clean from that.
The battle is always to stay clean as a prophetic people and live with your eyes on Christ… not the world. He is Lord, not a president or a prime minister. He can legislate the redemption necessary in our broken and fallen world. He can heal and restore, and He is in control.
Daniel lived under Nebuchadnezzar and God heard His prayers and placed Him in great favour. Your favour as a believer has nothing to do with your status and your actual influence in worldly terms. Instead, it has to do with how well you are known in Heaven and how well did you cleave to His voice.
Beloved, we must pass every test of love – even with those you don’t agree with –this includes even your “political enemies!” No one will remember the believers for their great arguments and ability to be right. Instead, the Word clearly says that the world will know us for our love. A love that doesn’t diminish when someone is of another belief.
God’s remedy is always quite different to ours.
For us as a prophetic company, we are called to be a people who live from Heaven. This means not being terrified of the days we are in, because God has a plan to prosper the Bride even in dark days! Recently, it was said of Billy Graham that he resisted the pull of partisanship, stood in the middle and was able to respect all the different people God gave him favour with in government. He was not swayed and knew his assignment was to be a prophetic voice of the Father’s love. A man who passed his love tests and stayed faithful to the Kingdom mandate.
Beloved, be filled with love so you don’t buy into the political spirit!

TEN THINGS GOD IS RESTORING TO THE BRIDE IN THE 2020s

Prophecy is both sight into the future, but it is also an invitation to create God’s purposes on earth! It is a signpost to the Heavenly world of His Kingdom!
Recently I heard the Lord say: “If you critique the problem, without prophesying the answer, then you’ll need to switch over to My Team”
Beloved… I encourage you to see, prophesy and build with divine sight and be careful what you speak. Speak what you know is going to edify and build His plans which is prophetic fulfillment!
I wanted to release this word today on 22.2.2020 as it is a significant day being the day of NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER AND FASTING.
GOD IS ON THE MOVE. Don’t despise the days of weakness, fire or smallness. He is on the move in the nations. Soon the world will begin to see what God has been doing in secret all along!
Preparing His Bride is His first passion. He will reveal many things in 2020s. If your heart is sick – get it healed in His presence. If your body is tired – get it filled up! If your life needs renewing- press in! Now is a time to seek Him. There’s nothing but good things coming in the midst of the nations shaking! You have to have eyes to see! Our best days are ahead!
Here’s 10 things I believe God is restoring in the 2020s!
1. Extreme Hope. God has plans and He is not going to back down on them ever! As the worldwide church we are not done – we are just beginning! The best days are coming and are upon us. All the previous contractions of the Spirit were warmups to the big waves of glory that are coming! Hope is going to be fully restored to the Body of Christ, like we’ve never imagined. This hope is like liquid gold and a divine medicine for the heartsick soul that has felt hope deferred (Proverbs 13:12). Hope is overwhelmingly good. It’s the beginning of revival! All things can be healed, restored and fulfilled in this atmosphere of heaven (Matthew 12:21 and Jeremiah 29:11).
2. Holy First Love for Jesus. The lovesick Bride will arise in passion and pure love and will be extremely full of affection for Him. Extended worship, prayer houses (intercession) and a lifestyle of burning for God will be mainstream. The church will be like a filling station – all who enter those doors will be overwhelmingly touched, overcome and filled with His presence with the fruit being holy love and divine passion for God. Only the atmosphere of love is the cure for the hurting, the weak and the oppressed (Revelation 2:4 and Song of Songs 3:4).
3. Affection for His Beloved Bride. We will see extreme passion restored for working on, with, and for, His first love – the Bride of Jesus in the earth. The Fire that has been burning up all the dross is a Holy fire. Judgment begins at the household of God (1 Peter 4:17) and He has exposed broken things only to restore her, not to condemn her. If you are in the fire: buy oil! Oil that is purchased in the previous wilderness season or current season is burning for Him and will sustain the next move of the Spirit! Get in now and start buying oil! (Matthew 25 and Revelation 3:14)
4. Deep Trust and Reverence for His Word. A perfectly supernatural love of the Word of God is going to be restored to the Bride. No weapon formed against His Holy word will prosper and the church will arise again to stand on the solid rock of pure doctrine and reflect a Holy and a high view of the King of all Kings! His word will be hungered after once more and false teachings, false teachers and liars will be exposed. The pure gospel will be lifted up and its fruit is salvation, disciples of the King and pure love (John 14:15 and Psalm 119:127).
5. A Passion to see all the Nations Healed. This will be a new missions movement. God can heal and restore the broken places that have opened up whole nations to the influx of evil and 2nd heaven activity. God is on the move and raising up fathers and mothers to heal the foundations that usher in the new things God wants to do in every nation. There will be a holy passion for the nations to be completely restored in every way – biblically, economically, agriculturally and with societal transformation (Matthew 28:19 and Revelations 22:2)
6. A New Divine Energy for Labouring in the Glory. Supernatural energy and extreme waves of joy will be restored in the next great outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Once more the streams of joy will roll out and hearts and bodies will be utterly refreshed and overflowing with His love and presence as new energy rises to meet the new demands (Acts 3:21 and Nehemiah 8:10).
7. Humility is our cloak of safety. God is restoring the beauty of this heart disposition and character. Humility starts with a deep awareness of His character and power – it is closely associated with the fear of the Lord. True humility is free from all performance, self-aggrandisement and self-exaltation. True humility causes Christ to shine in the earth (1Peter 5:5 and John 12:32).
8. Prodigals are Returning Home. We are coming into a Luke 15 era when hearts will return home to the Father’s house and be restored to His heart of kindness. Many of those whose offenses overflowed into a departure from the house of God will come back and be met with grace, love and kindness. A season of the fulfillment of Malachi 4 is coming (Luke 15 and Malachi 4:6).
9. A river of Compassion for the Needy. Justice, mercy, compassion and empathy will flow as the church takes her place to love the weak, the needy, the underprivileged, the homeless and the lonely. This is vital for end-time revival. The gospel will advance as justice rolls on like a river from the house of God. In God’s Kingdom there is no racism, no sexism and no ageism. All human beings deserve kindness and the church will shine in justice and mercy (James 1:27 and Amos 5:24).
10. Holy brotherhood and Unity. Unusual unity is going to break in as walls come down across the streams and denominations. The Lord is so resting on brotherhood in the 2020s and He will have His way in building a united Bride who can give, minister to, and love all the streams regardless of the past. He will undo the damage and override all the constraints. He is good and He loves us all! Get ready for new supernatural unity and love flowing across the borders, across walls, into streets and into homes. Love will win over all things. Love will win (Ephesians 2:14 and John 17:23).

A NEW WAVE OF HEALING IN AUSTRALIA – November 2019

In the coming days we will see a proliferation of waves of healing! Already, there is a new wave of physical healings happening, but a huge new wave of powerful healing is going to hit our shores.
Unusual miracles and signs are going to start flowing again!
This new move of the Spirit will go through many streams in the church as Jesus walks through walls (so to speak) ….and then it will start affecting many in mainstream culture and even in the media. Look forward to those news reports!
A new wave of breakthrough in regard to the healing of hearts is happening as well.
Broken hearts with deep wounds from the past and from generational traumas are going to be healed in a much deeper and quicker way. The church is stepping into her finest hour and will be known as THE house of healing.
God is rolling back the stone on dead places (and dead promises) and letting resurrection life be breathed in – as a result, a new heavenly faith, and an excited expectation is about to burst into this nation!
Many have had a vision to see houses of healing and wellness centres. There will be such a release of this in the coming year!
Many will step into their promises as buildings and lands will be released for this purpose! Healing rooms and houses of restoration ministries…… get ready for way more breakthroughs! Addictions and powerful auto-immune diseases will be healed instantly. The cure for Autism and Alzheimer’s and other diseases will be discovered and reversed.
Every time a person is healed, delivered or set free there is a displacement of spiritual powers in that region or city.
By obeying the gospel to heal the broken hearted (Luke 4:18 and 19), there is a release of powerful spiritual authority and the atmosphere is cleansed of defilement.
I feel like there has already been a fulfillment in this nation from Luke 1:51-53:
“He has performed mighty deeds with His arm;
He has scattered those who are proud in their inmost thoughts (the POWERS)
He has brought down rulers from their thrones (the PRINCIPALITIES)
but has lifted up the humble (TO BECOME THE NEW RULERS)
He has filled the hungry with good things (the WORSHIPPERS)
but has sent the rich away empty (the RELIGIOUS)
He has helped His servant! (THE CHURCH)”
Accompanying all these things, there will be a new move of prayer and worship. The worship coming out of Australia is increasing and the Father is pouring out His Spirit as the incense (prayer) rises to Heaven!
Get ready for new worship movements in this nation!
Lastly, I keep seeing gold! I sense another gold rush is going to happen in our nation. Veins of gold will keep on being discovered and revealed as the natural prophesies of the spiritual!
New minerals and new resources for the new seasons!
The old goldfields will become the new ones! What was sown in the natural will be reaped in the spiritual…( a word for the city of Orange NSW and other gold towns). The best is yet to come Australia! 2019 you were wonderfully full …and the very best is coming!

The Call to Prayer is Going Forth Across the Nation Of Australia on the National Day of Prayer and Fasting February 10th, 2018.
A word to Australia. Come on Aussie Come on!! The Lord is rallying His people to pray and to stand in the gap for His Spirit to be poured out from on High. Right now is a time of extreme breakthrough. It is imminent and requires that we like midwives partner with Him for a new move of God. It will be a prayer movement filled with laughter and weeping and joy and glory! There is so much GLORY and grace in the prayer room right now. Gather your team this weekend and let’s PRAY for an epic outpouring. The Bride is about to experience extreme favour and breakthrough in this nation. NOW is the time. He is looking for those who will partner with Him.
His heart to us as a nation is that we are called out from under the power of the rejection of the past. Australia you are His beloved! He calls us adopted sons and daughters. Beloved ones! Its time to stand up for the greatest MOVE of GOD we have ever seen. The season of pruning is coming to an end and the season of Harvest is upon us. Come away with ME cries the lover of Heaven. Look no more to the idols of this land but look to MY heart and My love and see the glory of the Lord is breaking out on this land. NOW is the time. Decree and Declare.
I am raising up apostles and prophets of prayer in this nation who will pull Heaven down over this nation. Be stirred and be gripped with the heavenly vision of 3rd Heaven power and 3rd Heaven alignment. All this is happening because of the prayers of the saints. Stand tall Australia and you will see the goodness of the Lord in this hour. Gather and Decree and Declare!
